Level 2 Yoga
Level 2 yoga for those who have some experience of yoga we explore a wider variety of standing, seated and inverted asanas and pranayama.
Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs (YHLB)
A specialised, evidence-based 12 week course aimed at improving back function so that you can get back to being more active with less pain.
